I recently made some KPFT 90.1 FM coaster sets for the on-air music DJs that I listen to. KPFT is a Houston treasure that has been on the air since 1970. They recently celebrated their 55th birthday and I wanted to send a thank you to the DJs. The coaster sets include the 5 logos KPFT has used over the years. KPFT is a listener funded station and the DJs are volunteers who put in a lot of time and effort to bring great music and talk to Houston, and to the country and beyond through the WEB. I’ve added a link to the KPFT home page in the links section. You can stream the station directly from a link on the home page. The home page also has a link to the program schedule. My favorite shows, in no particular order, are Mrs. V’s Blues, Blues Brunch, Border Radio, Deadbeat, Wide Open Spaces and Lone Start Jukebox.
